Electrosurgery

Unipolar electrotome

monopolar electrotome is an electrosurgical device that uses heat energy and discharge generated by high-frequency currents with frequencies greater than 200kHZ applied to the human body in a loop to cut tissue and stop bleeding.

Bipolar coagulation

bipolar electrocautery is a high-frequency current generator. The heat generated by the current between the poles of the bipolar forceps can be used to electrify human tissue in good contact with bipolar electrocautery.

Ultrasonic knife

ultrasound knife is a generator of ultrasonic energy and mechanical vibration. The ultrasonic frequency generator acts on the metal probe (tool head), and carries out mechanical oscillation (50~100μm) through the tool head at the frequency of 55.5kHz to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy. Then the liquid in the tissue vaporizes, the protein hydrogen chain breaks, the cell dissolves, the protein coagulates, the blood vessel closes, and the effect of incision and clotting is achieved

Loop negative plate

The return electrode is used as a companion to the main body of the high-frequency electrotome in the electrosurgical operation, which can provide a safe return path for the electrosurgical current. The use of negative circuit plate can effectively reduce the current density, increase heat dissipation, disperse current and prevent thermal damage.

When the ultrasonic knife startup self-test fails, the host screen will display the fault code, requiring full-time equipment technicians to repair or replace parts in time; When two foot switches are stepped on at the same time, the master will have an alarm, but there is no fault code display; When the ultrasonic knife lasts for too long and the temperature is too high, the machine will automatically alarm. The ultrasonic knife head should be immersed in normal saline, and then used after the knife head cools down.

Contraindication of ultrasonic knife:

When the ultrasonic knife is working, it is forbidden to touch by hand, and to avoid long-term continuous overload operation; Do not close the tool head empty pedal or use ultrasonic tool head to hold metal articles and bone tissue; Since the closure of the lumen by ultrasonic knife is permanent, it is necessary to confirm whether the tissue type of closure is suitable.

Ultrasonic knife maintenance and maintenance:

Ultrasonic tool head should be handled gently, avoid heavy weight, do not collide with hard objects or fall. After use, clean the handle wire with a wet cloth, do not rinse with water, and keep the coil with a diameter of 15 to 20cm in its arc and store. Patients with isolation of blood or body fluids or special infections should be sterilized by wiping with chlorine-containing disinfectant or acidified water or treated as patients with special infections after surgery. Avoid bumping or throwing forcefully when cleaning.
